Their recent “McDelivery” campaign is no exception, and as the name indicates, the fast-food behemoth has begun offering delivery service in select markets. To raise awareness of their new offering, the company produced and deployed exquisitely designed billboards featuring people looking out of the windows of their homes and apartments, waiting in anticipation for their food to arrive.
The only text on the entire billboard sits in the lower right-hand corner. It reads simply “There’s nothing quite like a McDelivery” with the iconic McDonalds logo next to that.
From top to bottom, the whole design is pitch perfect and the ads sparked vast amounts of commentary and conversation online as pictures of the billboards were shared on a variety of social media channels. Simply put, this is billboard advertising at its very best. Simple, clear, and straight to the point. McDonalds hits another advertising home run!
