It was the “Summer of Hope” in the Washington D.C. area, as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children partnered with Clear Channel Outdoor to post the photos of missing children on digital billboards at bus stops around the D.C. Metro area, as well as in Maryland and Northern Virginia. Although this part of the campaign will be ending with the start of school, it is expected to start in other areas of the country, including Chicago, Minneapolis and Los Angeles.
